Gurpreet Bhalla

Gurpreet manages the Human Resources (HR) function for the India team, she is primarily responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, supporting and maintaining HR information systems, policies and procedures in addition to implementing global HR initiatives.

She has more than 20 years' of work experience with an expertise in strategic HR management, building high performance workplaces and developing human capital at large organisations like the National Skill Development Corporation, PeopleStrong HR Services, Jet Airways and American Express.

She holds a postgraduate degree in human resources and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
