Lalita Bryceland

Lalita has experience in international development in Thailand and Myanmar in livelihoods projects for refugees. She worked with ACTED Thailand for nearly seven years as a Senior HR Administration Manager. She supported the project to provide vocational training to refugees in camps in the northern region of Thailand which included modules on: life skills, business and entrepreneurship to help refugees rebuild their self-reliance both inside and outside the camps. The project was a collaboration between Thailand and Myanmar.

More recently she worked with OXFAM GB in the Global Humanitarian Team as a HR Administration, and supported recruitment for the Global Team.
