Sarah Dey

Sarah Dey is Head of HR at the British Asian Trust. She leads all aspects of Human Resources globally.

Sarah joined the Trust in August 2022 following a career spanning 25 years as a HR leader having worked in a variety of strategic and generalist HR roles across multiple geographies (India, Africa, UK, Ireland, Europe and Middle East) and industries that included Technology Services, FMCG, Government and Voluntary sectors. She has Business Partnered Board members and Senior Executive Management teams.

She completed her BA in Economics and Statistics and a Post Graduation in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
