Shameen Bashir

Topaz is a Fundraising Manager for Elephant Family. Previously, she had the pleasure of stewarding the Zoological Society of London’s (ZSL) Patrons, Donors and Corporate Members as well as securing funding through grants for ZSL’s work.

With an unyielding passion for conserving the worlds wildlife, Topaz's educational career has taken her from an undergraduate degree in Biology to a masters degree in One Health, completing research projects in Ecuador and Senegal. With a solid understanding of the issues facing conservation, Topaz looks forward to bringing our supporters closer to the remarkable work that the Elephant Family carries out.
