Role overview
The Elephant Family's Big Egg Hunt is a large-scale public art event that raises awareness and funds for conservation efforts. Artists, jewellers, and fashion houses from around the world are invited to decorate and create giant sculptures of eggs, which are then displayed across various locations in London during Easter 2025. This event attracts thousands of visitors and garners significant media attention.
This temporary 6 month opportunity contributes to the British Asian’s Trusts success by providing much-needed reinforcement to Team Big Egg Hunt. This role will be critical in ensuring we stay on schedule with our deadlines, and meet our objectives of putting on a magnificent public art trail over Easter 2025.
The Big Egg Hunt Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering all the content required for The Big Egg Hunt mobile app upload. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and rest of the team, to liaise with all parties involved in The Big Egg Hunt, and help to ensure we adhere to fixed deadlines. In this role, you will also get to brainstorm with the team on the logistics planning for the massive public art trail, as well as have a hand in the Digital Comms plan.
If you are organised with great planning skills, with an eye for detail and want to be part of a transforming organisation and a team that is passionate about innovative ways of working then this role is for you.
