Sanjana Haribhakti

Sanjana Harib

Sanjana has experience working across non-profit, consulting and government organisations - both in India and the UK. She has worked in strategy, policy, advocacy, and stakeholder management roles and focused on improving gender outcomes, particularly through livelihoods initiatives.

She began her career at the Centre for Policy Research in Delhi after which she went on to work at SEWA (The Self Employed Women’s Association) where she led policy, advocacy and government engagement. Sanjana also worked at the Adolescents’ Collaborative at Dasra and was later appointed as a consultant within the office of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, where she focused on building partnerships with civil society organisations to push forward key government priorities, particularly focused on Women & Child Development and Education.

Most recently, she was at Dalberg Advisors where she worked closely with governments, multilaterals, foundations, DFIs and corporates across projects spanning development finance, sustainability and WASH amongst others. Sanjana has a BSc in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and an LLB from the Government Law College, Mumbai.
