Hi, my name is Nihal Arthanayake and, as with everyone here, Rohit is a very persuasive man and hence I am about to do the most exercise I have done in a very long time. I am used to sitting down in front of a microphone talking to the nation via my BBC 5 Live radio show, or sitting down recording podcasts for the Science Museum and Penguin books, or sitting down writing articles for GQ or the book that I don't think that I will ever finish- don't tell my publisher.

I am a former Trustee and now Ambassador for the British Asian Trust so I am emotionally and now physically invested in trying to support the amazing work that this inspirational charity does, but only on the Sunday - don't judge me.
